Pioneers as a Class
« on: January 28, 2018, 04:11:17 pm »
How about the Pioneers as a class?

Huge guys that wield a dirty great axe that can destroy fortifications, doors fences etc, the opposite to Sappers.
We know the British had them aswell as the French.  Would be fun to play.

Aren't they basically the same thing? It seems a bit redundant to have 2 different classes when one is basically the same but can't build.

I personally would like it if they fused the two.. or made them entirely different.

Historical accuracy is cool, but gameplay is important too. I think having too many classes is actually a bad idea, so they should be created sparingly.

Yeah. Noone would play the one that can't build.
