That total war units look shame to me. Ottoman empire has too many units after westernization on army.

There are even modernized cavalarie, drummer, sailor and artillery units.

I think if you could find better images then one's straight jack out of Napoleon total war, it would be a little more informative.

To be honest, I really love the Ottomans.

I really like the Elite Nizam-i-Cedit units with the gold emblems on their red uniforms. Also a huge fan of the Sipahi cavalry that has been used for a long period.

I think too much focus is given to the reformed western-style infantry when they hardly did any fighting at all after the Egyptian campaign. They did not participate in the Caucasian or Danubian campaigns of 1806-1812. Those armies consisted of mass levies raised by countless agha's held together by a handful of Janissary regiments, who all fought in open order. But it's easier to find illustrations of the nizam-i-cedit uniforms and they had a clearer rank structure, so naturally people gravitate towards them.

When Holdfast adds cavalry, then you'll have a real opportunity to portray the Napoleonic Ottomans properly, as their large corps of light cavalry were the greatest asset in those campaigns. Great terrifying clouds of lancers and carabiniers swirling across the dry Bulgarian plains, constricting like a pair of hands around the throat of the Russian army who are drawn up in desperate squares and firing in all directions (haha, just kidding, you'll never see anything like that in a multiplayer game like this).

I don't know why anyone would want to see those ugly ass Hinds-esque uniforms anyway. The native costume is at least substantially different from European uniforms.
