Some features useful for events.

Officer targeting/aim - Have a option to toggle on/off If anyone killed playing as an officer by an enemy, this will be highlighted in the killfeed to stand out to event admins. Useful for events where officer aiming is not allowed.

Realism/Historical/Role-play mode - Have server/gamemode settings to toggle these modes on for events, e.g limited/no hud, weapon misfires, bleeding etc.

Could be useful, though not sure how you'd implement the officer aim idea. Could use a different icon to a normal kill (assuming there will be a kill feed).

Just make it highlighted for event admins or something.

Remember the game has a surgeon class who might be able to revive or heal major damage now.

For the officer thingy, I'm sure just looking in the killfeed will suffice. Killing officers happen due to the spread of the bullet. If someone repeatedly kills officers you can deal with him then.

Realism mode Sounds like a fun idea, tho I don't know how much of a change it will make without having to put in extra work and mechanics.

Love the idea of both of these, hopefully we'll see them implemented in the future.
The OA one is for sure a must have as it'd be a lot easier to see when a office is killed.
And the realism option is also really cool, just have a option in the gamemode options to toggle the huds on and off :)

I've already taken a liking to the officer idea as well.

We cannot promise that everything will be present by the time the game is out as Early Access. However, it gives the team a better understanding of the features that the community is looking forward to the most.
