It's kaiserschmarrn, thick pancake, you do all like for normal pancake but you beat the eggs ( only egg white ) until you have foam/spume don't know how to categorize it. Then you pour out it on the pan with melted butter but it needs to be thick. Then when it's browned on 1 side you flip it and your tear it to pieces on the pan until it's browned on this side. Move it on the plate and add powdered sugar, then in small cup serve jam from stewed apples, plums, and vanilla. GOOD "AF"
