My only issue is armies reserving the same names but creating a thread for each one. Does it technically mean there can be more than one of that regiment? Considering the tags of the army reg will technically differ?
Anyone got anothing to clarify on that issue?

You mesn like "Army 1 32nd reg" and "Army 2 32nd reg"?
Id say its the same reg and the name is taken. Cause if the regiment thats part of the army dont want to be part of the army they should be able to leave, therfore, since there already is a 32nd they shouldn't be able to take the name and be part of an army.
(Hope that's understandable)

"exthBRG_Xrd_Rank_Name" compared to "Xrd_Rank_Name" is what I meant. Latter example not part of 'army'/'brigade'

So that means an army/brigade can snatch up a lot of names denying others of it?
What if a regiment is bigger, or the group before the army has more history with the name already?

And I would've thought if they chose to leave, they also forfeit the name, as it was claimed by the army/brigade. As in NW we had instances of the same name being used but slightly different tags being used.

As i said, (might been unclear) id say that those are the same regiment names.

""exthBRG_Xrd_Rank_Name" compared to "Xrd_Rank_Name" is what I meant. Latter example not part of 'army'/'brigade"

Same regiment names, meaning that the regiment is already taken.

No duplicates, just find one that hasn't been taken, it's not hard, or just make your own up
