So everyone pretty much agrees at this point that Surgeons should receive points for healing other players
, but that doesn't exactly make them relevant.
If you accomplish an "Enemy Hit (+10)" - your target is hit and loses X amount of health, and continues to bleed out over time. A surgeon must tend to any wounded player within Y amount of time before the player bleeds out completely to death.
Gives an actual reason to deploy surgeons, causes players to be a little more careful, and actually gives Surgeons a legitimate purpose - since like a solid 70% of current shots are killshots.
