The 35th Regiment of Foot was involved in the American war of Independence and the Napoleonic Wars. Granted in 1832 the title of Royal Sussex, however we maintain Dorsetshire as we focus on the period of the Napoleonic wars (of course.)The Regiment
The Regiment is run in a "Weekend Warrior" fashion, meaning that during the week little occurs and throughout the weekend we attend all possible events and make the most of it. The regiment is designed to be social and enjoyable, competitiveness is encouraged, however is not destined to surpass our enjoyment for this period in time.
