This video is from the 2017 Battle of San Jacinto Festival in La Porte, Texas. It depicts the stunning victory for the Texians under Sam Houston over the Mexican army of Santa Anna. The Battle was fought in 1836. Santa Anna considered himself the "Napoleon of the West" and styled his army after Napoleon's. But he was defeated by a smaller band of Allied Texians and Tejanos who charged the Mexican camp when they were taking their afternoon siesta and shouted "Remember the Alamo!" and "Remember Goliad!" Feel free to skip around the video, its 45 minutes long.
If you notice the monument at 4:21, it is the San Jacinto Monument dedicated to the Texian army for winning Texas independence from Mexico. Fun fact, the monument is taller than the Washington Monument in Washington D. C.
