Title: Oceanic Holdfast: Nations at War Community/Events
Post by: DigoAlmino on June 12, 2018, 06:33:23 pm
Hey guys,

Just putting a post up for new comers if they are wondering where the Aussies and kiwi chaps are at. The Oceanic Holdfast community kicked off at the start of April this year, for most of us we were trying to kick it off in 2017 (mainly all the Oceanic Mount & Blade Veterans) but just needed to wait for a few updates to push through so we can have a stable game to play and start on. The Oceanic team focuses on Discord as a source for community and communication content just as the AGS boys do for the MAIN holdfast discord.

At this current time we have 3 activities running through the week too keep people interested and doing events with Holdfast: Nations at War.
1) Wednesday 7:30pm AEST Casual Naval/Coastal Siege Event
2) Friday 7:30pm AEST Line Battle (MAIN EVENT)
3) Saturday 8pm AEST Line Battle (MAIN EVENT)

Also through the week Australian/New Zealand Regiments will conduct their training session to improve and make themselves ready for the Line Battles. As I say to many just depends on which regiment suits you we have many that are serious and casual to blend with all people skills/motives.

The Discord is the main source to contact for regiment recruitment and event rules/details. The Discord is active and if there is any question someone is always there to reply and talk to.

I hope this post is helpful to anyone new to this game we are so proud of what we have achieve in a small period of time to make a fresh new Oceanic community on a great game that has so much to offer just as its old buddy did Mount & Blade: Warband - Napoleonic Wars.

Here is a picture of some of the boys after a line battle:

This community is growing quite well and really fun to be a part of. I highly recommend checking it out.
