If you've been a bad boy a moderator will warn you, as the percentage goes up you might have your posts tracked or you will be muted / banned etc. The level decays over time

Warning Points are basically a punishing system.
They are given by Moderators to those who break forum rules If you hit a certain warning level on the forum (50%+) you are muted.
