Uniform Editor

Perhaps add in a uniform editor. This would be a feature that Regiments would be allowed to use to adopt unique, custom Uniforms. You could have the ability to change colors, piping, ranks, headwear, and many more. This idea could add more depth to Regiments and allow them to become identifiable on the battlefield.

Well i do support this idea but i think you should only be allowed to do so much, j dont think you should be able to do to much, possibly you could just put your regiments number (116th) on the canteen or cartridge box, or mabye your rank on the shoulder of your character though the problem with this is people may mess around alot, and this does seem alot to do just for that but i think it would be pretty cool  :)

You could also put your regiments name on the flag though if your a brit reg like 33rd and they were playing as the french it would be quite confusing though if thats the case they could just use the ordinary flag.   ;)

It would be very hard to implement. Support for custom skins on the workshop or whatever would be fine.

Different ranks (officers, nco's, and enlisted) on the shoulders and up arms would be cool to see, but I think the devs need to implement it themselves as specific sub-units.

I think the closest one could get is specific RGB Numeric color tints/changes to certain sections of the uniforms such as collar and sleeves etc. I don't know if this can be implemented though or if its feasible but it would be kind of neat.

It's worth noting that even just customisable facing colours would likely have a huge memory footprint.

What if each class had a small pool of campaign worn uniform, fatigues and head gear people could swap to individually? or would that be even worse?
