Man Osprey can't draw shakos right.
I'll post a full reply later.
One thing I'll add though in that the german Officer should wear a bicorne, it not only stands out more but looks better visually with the theme.EDIT
While I'm not a fan of the kasket helmets, most of the german regiments held onto them until 1808/1809 (despite being officially declared to be phased out in 1806) , while a few german regiments, and most of the Hungarian regiments recieved the 1806 Shako. It also stands out and set's the Austrian apart, although ss
I agree with the Surgeon class's appearance, which is the surgeon from the Osprey Print, I feel like the Musicians should either had red facings like the regt. you've chosen, or whatever matching facings to the german regiment, or have Shakos with the little leaf plumes and be from a different regiment.
Instead of Styrian Landwehr or German Line Infantry, I was thinking the Austro-German legion would be a unique unit that would stand out on the Battlefield with their blue tailcoats, yellow facings, Korsehut hats (slouch hats) with black plumes and plain white trousers, or a variant with the shako.
I agree with having a Grenzer or other Border Infantry regiment for light infantry however, the shako should look like this:
Finally since Austria has no real access to guard infantry, either a decorated line regiment could be used, Hungarian or German Grenadiers, (any other kind of unique infantry formation).
The Sapper I agree with, although it could be a Grenadier sapper or line infantry sapper with shako, but I like the 1809 Pioneer with the Korsehut.
For Foot Artillery, they should model this:
