Musket trajectory patterns
« on: October 10, 2018, 10:26:17 pm »
Last night I popped into an army map as the British. I got my windage after a few 50m+ attempts and had a nice spell where i was hitting targets fairly regularly between 50-80 metres. I was playing as a British Line musketman with no pipe or drummer nearby all that often. I took a short break and then loaded up a coastal defence map which i've had some joy with playing in the past, as a defending British Coast Guardsman. Problem is with a drop of a hat my shots were straying much more severely and in the the opposite direction from the previous map. Even at 10m or less I was missing stationary targets. The dot reticle was pretty much useless in this session (My ping was around 60)

My question to you lot is have you noticed a pattern disparity between maps, as in certain maps have certain trajectory rules? Is each shot supposed to be random or is it each session that dictates how one must adjust his aim?

Pretty sure it's entirely random and the map has no effect on it.
