The amount of Lights and Cavalry is determined upon total balance. Skirms make up 10% of the total amount of players. So if you would have a full server (200/200) this would mean there would be 20 skirms total and 10 skirms per side. For cavalry this number is 5%, so for a full server this would mean 5 cavalry per side.
Skirmishers must play as light infantry so officers are not allowed.
For cavalry currently we only have Dragoons/Cuirassiers in the config.
