In my interweb time I have stumbled across this link. Only a few British Napoleonic flags but may be a point of contact and could point you in the right direction? I see they have a French Irish legion regiment flag in there.

What do you mean by a 'repo' french regiment flag? French First Republic regiment flag?

Okay, to add my two cents: the slang term 'repo' outside of re-enactment does not make sense. If it meant reproduction, then it should be 'repro'. But eh, I should of kept it vague on asking what it means. So you really got me that time. ;D

There are a few in Germany but none of them ship to the US.

I'm looking at making a Battalion flag for my WWI Württemberg unit, but at the end of the day it's probably most likely that we'll have to make it ourselves. There was a lot of craftsmanship put into the flags and it will not be cheap to reproduce it.

To see what it looks like, here's a link to a website for a Pionier Württemberg unit in Germany (so it's in German) for what it looks like.
